Hi! I’m Teresita, owner/operator of π’œ+! We are a family owned hospitality company, specializing in π“‰π’Άπ“…π’Άπ“ˆ style grazing tables since 𝟀𝟒𝟀𝟣. I am the creative force behind the scenes & in the kitchen, along with my team! I have 18 years of experience in the restaurant industry, in both the FOH & BOH operations, and a degree in business management. It was wide eyes and culinary curiosity that lead me on this path! I am a self taught chef with a love for cooking that goes back to my childhood days. I live to exist where the ART OF FOOD & CULTURE OF THE TABLE intersect – all topped off with IMPECCABLE service! I believe in being elegant & sophisticated, but only if we can be human at the same time. When you walk through our events you will feel it: The energy & love for humanity is palpable. The fun is contagious. The design is exquisite! I’ve come a long way from my start in Cape May but those roots are deep and keep me grounded in what excellence in food, service and business looks like! My team is dedicated, exudes professional ethics, with mentorship by the most skilled. The experience, knowledge, network and credentials I’ve earned across my career are available to you! Each event is treated as our own, meaning your family to us! Regardless of the job or location, there has been one constant theme- our desire to make food that people connect to on a visceral level.
