We require a $200 security deposit to secure your date, services, and any incidentals. However, this is fully refundable, at check-out (any damages that exceed contracted clients security deposit, is solely the responsibility of the client/host.) We also require you to obtain renters insurance with a host alcohol policy. The cost of the insurance is based upon how many guests you will be having.
